Product Guarantee
The Products are under warranty for FIVE (5) YEARS from the delivery date, subject to the Terms and Conditions of Kenitti Sofa:
The Warranty covers the following structural defects ONLY:
- Structural defects and fractures of the internal Wooden Frames;
- Loss of resilience and structural deformation of Seat Foam and Cushion Cores under normal, domestic usage (does not include natural softening of foam resulting from regular use over time).
This Warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear, aging, or degradation of Leather, PU, Microfibre, and Fabric covers;
- Scratches, abrasions, cuts, burns, or damage caused by pets;
- Stains or damage resulting from spills of acid, solvents, dyes, ink, paint, perfume, lotion, or other corrosive chemicals;
- Defects or failures resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or tampering;
- Improper storage or damage caused by exposure to excessive moisture, dampness, extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or adverse environmental conditions;
- Any product that has been repaired, altered, or modified by any third party without the prior written consent of the Company;
- Damage resulting from improper cleaning methods, non-recommended treatments, or chemical applications;
- Contract, commercial, institutional, rental trade, or any other non-residential usage;
- Any full set replacement of the sofa (new or existing models).
Genuine leather is defined by its natural character; scars, wrinkles, and markings that prove its authenticity without affecting strength or lifespan. As you use it, particularly in tan tones, the leather transforms rather than degrades: it softens within the first 6 months, develops a soft sheen by year one, deepens in texture by year two, and achieves a rich, premium aged patina from year three onward.
To protect the natural beauty, rich depth, and lasting comfort of your leather, we recommend placing your sofa away from direct sunlight. Shielding it from intense UV rays and heat prevents drying or premature fading.
Natural materials thrive on gentle treatment. Harsh cleaning agents can dull the color and wear down the delicate surface over time. We recommend using eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaners designed specifically for leather and fine upholstery.
Dry cleaning is recommended exclusively for fabric covers. Do not dry clean leather.
